Welcome to the Work Fitness Weight Loss Challenge!

We’re excited you’ve decided to take this step toward a healthier, stronger you! Over the next few weeks, we’ll be focusing on building healthy habits, staying active, and supporting each other through the journey.

Weight Loss Challenge Rules:

  1. Duration: 4 weeks, from October 25, 2024 to November 24, 2024.

  2. Eligibility: Open to participants aged 18 and above; sign up by October 24th.

  3. Weigh-In: Initial weigh-ins begin on October 23rd - October 25th by 8:00pm (est); use the same scale for consistency.

  4. Weight Tracking: Log weekly weight by Friday or Saturday.  Submission must be a video recording of you taking your weight and not a photo. Please submit to Workfitnessgroup@gmail.com or 7067997363

  5. Scoring: Based on the percentage of weight loss; weekly updates posted.

  6. Healthy Weight Loss: Aim for 1-2 pounds per week; avoid extreme measures.

  7. Prizes: Awarded to top two weight loss percentages; additional recognition for fitness improvement.

  8. Final Weigh-In: Due November 23rd - 24th (by 8:00pm est) and the winner will be announced November 26th.

  9. Rules Compliance: Violations may lead to disqualification; respect participants' privacy.
